Processing for orders may take 1 - 2 business days.

Important Delivery Information

Address Accuracy
- Please ensure your shipping address is accurate. We are not responsible for delays or lost items due to incorrect addresses.

Click & Collect In Store

Our Click & Collect service allows you to shop online and pick up your order in-store at your convenience.

How It Works

Place Your Order: Choose Click & Collect at checkout and select your preferred store.
Ready for Pickup: You’ll receive a notification (email or SMS) when your order is ready, typically within 1-2 business day.
Collect Your Order: Bring your order confirmation and photo ID to the store during opening hours.

Unable to Collect?

Contact Us: If you can’t collect your order within 7 days, let us know to arrange an extension or alternative.
Third-Party Pickup: Someone else can collect on your behalf with the order confirmation and their photo ID.

Canceling an Order

To cancel, contact us before collection. Uncollected orders will be canceled after 7 days, and a refund will be issued.

Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at beauteholicbeautystudio@hotmail.com or 03-2621016 with your order details. We will investigate the issue and liaise with our courier partner to resolve it as quickly as possible.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your package arrives damaged, or you receive the wrong items, contact us immediately. Please provide photos of the damaged package or incorrect items to expedite the resolution process.
We will arrange for a replacement, refund, or return of the product as appropriate.

Updates and Notifications

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email or SMS with tracking information to monitor your delivery status.
